Samui Kitchens (samuikitchens.com) is one of the Thailand Kitchens websites. This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

We only collect what you send us in a contact form: your name, the way you would like to be contacted, your email address and/or phone number, and what you tell us about your project (for example the type of property, the area, the rooms and your message). For professional enquiries we also receive your company and role.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive data.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to discuss and plan your project and to prepare a proposal. If you tick the box for marketing messages, we may also send you news about our kitchens; you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your enquiry is saved in our content management system, which runs with hosting, database and email providers that process data on our behalf. Only our team handles your enquiry. We share your details with others only if you ask us to (for example a partner for part of your project) or if the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run visitor statistics. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the website against misuse.

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the period required by Thai law. After that it is deleted.

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it or to send it to you. Write to hi@thailandkitchens.com and we will reply as soon as possible, within 30 days.
